This website, presentation, recording, white-paper, summary, information (including pricing, cost estimates, product specifications, future plans, etc.) or document, whether transmitted in writing or orally (the "ERGONOMIX Material(s)") is the exclusive property of ERGONOMIX Water Technologies Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "ERGONOMIX" or the "Company").

For the avoidance of doubt, the ERGONOMIX Materials, are currently provided to the recipient on an “as-is”, “with-all-faults” basis.
None of the Company, its respective affiliates or representatives shall have any liability related to the use of information contained in the ERGONOMIX Materials or any materials prepared by any recipient in connection thereof. For the avoidance of doubt, the recipient is hereby prohibited from making any representations or warranties on the Company’s behalf, without the Company’s prior written approval.
The Company, its respective affiliates or representatives shall not be liable to any damages, losses or expenses, of any kind or nature, caused to or incurred by the recipient or any third party in connection with the ERGONOMIX Materials.
The recipient of the ERGONOMIX Material acknowledges the non-binding nature of its disclosure. Additionally, said recipient represents that it is experienced in purchasing, marketing or investing in products that are similar to those of the Company. As such, the recipient has conducted, or will conduct, independent investigations and appraisal of the products, business, financial condition, prospects, creditworthiness, status, and/or affairs of the Company. The information and data contained in the ERGONOMIX Materials are not a substitute for an independent evaluation and analysis, and should not be relied upon.
